These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and nn777ph ("nn777ph," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://nn777ph.net and through the nn777ph mobile application (collectively, the "Platform").

nn777ph reserves the right to decline registration or close any account where eligibility requirements are not met, without prior notice and without liability to the affected user.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the nn777ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form. You further agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. nn777ph is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify nn777ph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your account on your behalf.

nn777ph will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have previously notified nn777ph of a security breach.

nn777ph reserves the right to verify your identity at any time through Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification process, including providing copies of valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be suspended pending resolution.

nn777ph supports a range of Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time at nn777ph's discretion.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. nn777ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network issues outside our control.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• You must have completed identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. nn777ph does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for details.

In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all nn777ph promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. nn777ph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, nn777ph reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount to your account balance. nn777ph's decision in such matters is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nn777ph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a manner that provides an unintended advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and will be reclaimed.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing nn777ph staff, other players, or any third party in connection with the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access or use your account.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any software used by the Platform.

All content on the nn777ph Platform — including but not limited to the nn777ph brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of nn777ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from nn777ph.
• Use the nn777ph name, logo, or any other brand elements for any commercial purpose.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nn777ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, system errors, or service interruptions.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
• Damages arising from your reliance on any information provided on the Platform.
• Any loss or damage arising from events beyond nn777ph's reasonable control, including force majeure events such as natural disasters, power outages, telecommunications failures, or government actions.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. nn777ph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. nn777ph does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, nn777ph's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms shall limit nn777ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

nn777ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC or identity verification procedures.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, nn777ph reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part at nn777ph's discretion.

You may close your account at any time by contacting nn777ph customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

nn777ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players on the Platform. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

Where the dispute relates to a regulatory matter within PAGCOR's jurisdiction, the matter may be referred to PAGCOR for resolution in accordance with its applicable rules and procedures.

nn777ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.

The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
